Contact and audit forms
We collect the answers you submit, including your email address and any name, business name or message you provide. Submissions are delivered to our business inbox using Gmail. Please do not include passwords, client records or sensitive personal information.
BYTE chat
Chat messages are sent to our server and to Groq to generate a reply. Recent chat history is kept in your browser's session storage so you can continue across pages. The Clear button removes that browser history; it does not delete records that a service provider may retain.
Hosting and measurement
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting systems may process request and security logs. The application records counts of accepted audit and contact requests in server logs without including form answers, names or email addresses in those conversion events. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies in this version.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion by email. Do not use BYTE for confidential advice or as a substitute for contacting the team.
